Ballad of the El Pesado gang
Hand carved characters straight from my imagination. As a youngster I would always draw beings and creatures that came into my head, now I find myself with the superfluous ability to create them in three dimensions. A funny and strange outcome from random imaginative moments but I think they hold a certain charm.
El Pesado
The slowest hand in the West. Whilst this hardy outlaw may not be the quickest to the draw he never misses, clad with tightly grained burr oak, his armor is impenetrable and armed with a powerful six shooter this tough cowboy fears no one. Earning his reputation with a heart of gold and a dead eye aim, El Pesado leads a fearless gang of outlaws seeking redemption. Refusing to submit to the politics that increasingly constrict their Wild West, they believe in the pursuit of righteousness and honour within their people and ridding the land of the real evil and corruption.
Ki No Senshi
Trained in the way of the samurai, achieving the highest honours as a master swordsman. Ki left that life to fight for something different. Upon his new journey he met El Pesado, they formed a powerful bond through their mutual interest in the overall betterment of the land they inhabited, not just for themselves but the beings around them. After years of working together Ki proved his loyalty to El Pesado's cause and became his right hand man. An extremely calm, deadly silent assassin with a hidden fiery rage. Wielding two swords, both forged from the toughest old skateboard. His shielded sycamore head piece acts as a deflector for any incoming attacker. Ki No Senshi enforces discipline and precision within the El Pesado gang, whilst providing his wisdom and cunning to plot their next score.
Var Bahn
A legendary gunslinger in his own right, he became part of the posse in hopes of fighting an opponent that could outgun him, this has yet to be seen. Equipped with an array of custom blasters and the quickest four arms to match, he can lay down enough cover fire to suppress a small army. Once a prestigious bounty hunter, Bahn holds a reputation for his ruthlessness. He doesn't care for the politics of war or even the law itself, he takes no prisoners and always shoots to kill. Whilst his past is questionable, his ability is not. El Pesado saw a valuable asset in Bahn where others saw just a wicked criminal. With many bounties laying upon his own head the decision to join El Pesado's gang was an obvious one for Var, not only did it provide safety but purpose in an ever changing world full of uncertainty. He is a key member of the gang and would die for it's cause.
Stag Van Horn
This ruthless bandit fled his home planet after accruing a dangerously large bounty for train robbery. His ability to fly allows for an aerial advantage and quick escape when holding up a moving train. Van Horn once lead a fierce group of desperados named the Midnight Marauders. They robbed trains and outposts all across their planet until one job went badly wrong and the group had to disband after a devastating shootout against the law. Stag escaped the planet with his life but had to leave behind the few surviving members of the Marauders.
Soon after arriving to this new planet Van Horn encountered the El Pesado gang holding up a train, there was a lot of law enforcement pinning down the gang. With nothing to lose and the element of surprise, Stag proceeded to take to the air and swiftly dispatch all enforcement officers, allowing the gang to advance. They gave Van Horn a generous cut of the loot and El Pesado offered him a place amongst their band of miscreants. At first Ki No Senshi was apprehensive of Van Horn joining the gang as his reckless attitude, anger and loose trigger proved to draw nothing but the law's attention. After providing some big scores, Stag did prove himself to the gang.
Losing the Midnight Marauders hardened Stag, his burning anger is stoked by his hatred of the law. He doesn't care for too much in his life now other than money. A commodity that proves to be fairly lucrative when running with the El Pesado gang. Although a questionable addition to the gang, he is a highly skilled raider and doesn't hesitate to loyally follow El Pesado into any gunfight.
