I am an enthusiastic, passionate worker of wood. From large dining tables to sculptural vases, I create unique, statement pieces using sustainable timber from well-managed forests. Working from a small workshop I pour my heart and soul into each piece I bring to life. Sustainability is a conscious focus in my design and making process. I source my timber from local sawmills and reduce my carbon footprint wherever possible. My work takes inspiration from the natural world. I try to emulate forms found throughout nature to produce furniture and sculptures that are natural themselves.

I have developed a true fondness of using hand tools in my work. A close relationship and understanding of the tools I use provides a more intimate, comfortable connection to the pieces I create. Pieces that I feel hold a certain charm that can't be emulated in factory produced furniture.
